Beginning September 16, a road trip through the 66 books of the Bible with activities, games, crafts, service projects, skills, and more!  KaPOW!! is planned to coordinate with The Seed, which offers options for parents and non-parents!  Registration table opens each Wednesday at 6:30 pm.  For additional details, watch for further announcements or contact Susie Henry-Searight, Kathy Thelin, or the church office.

School holiday breaks are coming and no funds to have fun?  Try some of these tried and true entertainment ideas.  Most are free or next to nothing.

Parks - We are blessed to live in an area where the parks around us are overflowing with God's works!  Central Park in Huntington Beach has a wide variety of FREE activities for families.  Check out Shipley Nature Center!  Or just pack a lunch or dinner and bring a blanket for an impromptu picnic!

Beaches - The beach isn't just for summer and we are blessed to have the ocean just down the road!  Take advantage of this time of year - the crowds are small!  Just be sure to bundle up!  To the west of Huntington Beach is Dog Beach - take Rover or Spot for some fun, too!

Libraries - Did you know that your local library has Videos, DVDs and CDs as well as books?  Our own Library has a great selection of Videos - and Children's Ministries has all the Veggie Tales and McGee and Me's.  Add some popcorn and comfy pillows and have a movie night!

Fullerton Municipal Airport - A great way to learn about flying!  Many pilots are excited to share their knowledge.  And you can visit the Flight Tower and see just how Air Traffic Control works!

Fullerton Train Station - Friday Nights are bursting with live music and Foamers!  Foamers are train enthusiastes.  Fullerton has a great group of Foamers!  They have computers and monitors that show the trains and schedules and a great many photographs - plus lots of info!

Bolsa Chica Wetlands - A nice hike though our wetlands is a great way to spend an afternoon - go early in the morning for the best view of wildlife.
