Ministry Description
The Bethany Ark is a ministry created with two main goals:
Foster spiritual growth for each individual and encourage Spirit-led lives.
Create an atmosphere to cultivate the fulfillment of our church's mission and vision.
Other goals include:
Provide avenues for any Bethany member to share ideas.
Provide forums for our various ministries to meet and share ideas.
Create church unity and facilitate communication.
Foster fellowship Life Groups.
Spiritual Growth Classes:
Worship
Discipleship
Fellowship
Service
Evangelism
The intent of the classes is to provide a forum to learn more about spiritual growth and encouage each individual to develop a Spirit-led life, growing in all five areas. Classes are not mandatory, but encouraged.
Life Groups:
The Ark Fellowship Support Team has created a ministry to develop and foster Life Groups. Life Groups are fellowship groups of friends that meet in the homes. They may choose to participate together in any combination of worship, discipleship, fellowship, service and evangelism. The newest of Life Groups typically start out with fun fellowship activities fostering friendships, trust, and loving care. They may meet on different days, be different sizes, do different activities and will essentially resemble the group's unique make-up.
